Final Project Report

The project report is a plain English summary of the findings of this BRANZ funded research project on value uplift in New Zealand.

This report covers international exemplars, carefully selected from around the world to demonstrate how value capture has been applied to different projects in different context. It gives a brief overview of what Value Capture is as well as lessons learned, the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches. The report concludes with some salient points to consider for New Zealand, the key lessons learned.
